We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
  • Gift cards and downloadable software

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • For credit card payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • For other payment methods: Refunds will be issued as store credit

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team to arrange for the return of the original item and shipment of the replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
